The college began its journey in 1990 with a handful of students and a dream of its founder, Shri. Govindrao Munghate, to make higher education accessible to every child of this forest-rich, tribal region.
Located in Kurkheda taluka of Gadchiroli district, the college has been a beacon of learning for students from remote villages and forest areas. We believe that education is the most powerful tool for social change, and our programmes are designed to combine academic rigour with values, skills and community service.
